1 4 oz pkg German Sweet Chocolate
1 1/2 T water
1 egg yolk
1 T confectioners sugar
1/2 cup cream, whipped
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
1/4 c chopped pecans
1 pkg ladyfingers

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add the water and blend. Remove from heat. Add the egg yolk and beat on high with electric mixer. Add sugar and pecans and mix well. Fold in whipped cream; then fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Line bottom and sides of mold with waxed paper. Separate ladyfingers and arrange on bottom and sides of mold. Pour in chocolate mixture. Arrange remaining ladyfingers on top. Chill 12 to 24 hours in refrigerator then unmold.
