Ingredients:  
2 doz. cherrystone clams in the shell (about 1 c chopped) (save juice)
1/4 c olive oil
3 tbs.butter
3 cloves garlic - minced
2 leeks, chopped
1/4c chopped parsley (flat leaf)
1 cup saved clam juice (or bottled)
dash rosemary
1/2 c white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. thin spaghetti cooked al dente

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and butter and add garlic and leeks. Cook until golden, then add parsley, rosemary, clam juice and white wine. Bring to a boil, add pepper and a dash of salt (remember, clams are salty)
Simmer 15 minutes; add chopped clams and cook
5 minutes more. Serve over al dente spaghetti.
