2 pkg chopped spinach cooked in a little water and drained
8 oz noodles, cooked and drained
1 stick butter (mixed into hot noodles)
1/2 pt sour cream (or more to taste)
1 can cheddar cheese sou
5 tsp minced onion

Directions:

Mix together all the ingredients. Top with onion rings if desired.
Put in a preheated 350 oven and baked until thoroughly heated.
