1/3 c brown sugar 1 tsp instant coffee 1/2 c water 1 tsp wine vinegar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp dry mustard 2 101/2 oz cans of baked beans 1 onion, thinly sliced 4 slices bacon, diced
Cook together first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan for 5 minutes. Stir in baked beans and onions. Put into a greased casserole and top with diced bacon. Bake in a preheated oven at 375º for 30 minutes.
