Tenderized Flank Steak 3/4 c. vegetable oil 1/8 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. honey 1 1/2 Tbsp. ginger (ground) 2 Tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. onion (chopped) garlic bud or powder
Season and tenderize on both sides. Mix ingredients for marinade. Prick with fork many times. Pour marinade over the steak and let stand all day. Turn steak during the day, pricking again. Cook 5 minutes on each side. Cut steak diagonally.
