One or two pounds of top round steak-sliced very thin. 1 T. liquid smoke, 1 1/3 t. black pepper, 1 t. meat tenderizer, 1 t. onion powder, 1 1/3 t. garlic powder, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce,

Marinate meat 6-8 hours in frig. Dry in oven on lowest setting (approx. 200) about 6-8 hours. Dries better on racks in oven.
