1 # Ground Beef, 1 1/4 C. Ketchup, 1/4 C. finely diced onion, S + P, 1 t. vinegar, 1 t. celery seed, 1 T Worcestershire sauce, 1 T. Mustard, 1/4 C. Brown sugar, shot of tabasco,1/2 T. Flour.

Brown meat and drain fat. Add the flour, then the rest of the ingredients. Let simmer about 30 minutes and serve with hamburger buns.
