1 cup beer
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat with mixer all the ingredients. Clean fish and soak in fresh water. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Dip fish into mixture , pan or deep fry.
