1 quart whole milk
1 cup regular rice (not minute rice)
half and half
3/4 cup sugar
stick of butter
sugar and cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and milk in double boiler or crock pot until rice is tender (about 1.5-2 hours). Stir frequently while cooking, add half n half to make it creamy. Stir in 3/4 cup sugar and a stick of butter. Mix well. Pour in bowl and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
