3 egg whites
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar and tarter, mix well. Divide frosting and add coloring. Always keep covered and store in the refrigerator.
