1# Beef Stew Meat 2 T. Crisco 4 Med Potatoes (diced) 2 Carrots (diced) 1/3 c. Frozen Peas 2 1/2 T. Worcestershire Sauce 1 T. Onion Powder 4 T. "Better Than Bouillon" Paste 1/3 c. Flour mixed with 1 c. Water to thicken
Brown meat in 2 T. Crisco shortening. Add veggies and let simmer all day. Before serving turn up heat and add the remaining ingedients. Stew will thicken as it boils. Remove from heat. Add water if too thick.
