grated cheese
diced ham
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Make omelette as in previous recipe. Saute chopped onions, green peppers, herbs,or anything you like. Grated cheese or diced ham is good too. Put on top of omelette before folding. Serve with sour cream on top.
