1 can red kidney beans
1 lb chopped beef
1 can tomatoes-strained
1 1/2 chili powder
1 1/2 T oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a large skillet fry the garlic and onion in the oil until softened. Add the meat, breaking it up with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
