1 gallon sliced peaches
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 1/2 cups sugar
3 TBLS corn starch
3 tbs nutmeg
2 TBLS vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, corn starch, nutmeg,add water, vanilla and butter. Stir over low heat until thicken. Add peaches. Bake off first crust and cut up in with peaches and juice. Sprinkle butter and sugar on top. Add second crust on top and bake.
