2 T. orange juice
2 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. olive oil
tsp. salt
tsp. ground cumin
tsp. hot sauce
2 15 oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 c. cooked long grain rice
3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
small red onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; add beans and remaining ingredients, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill salad at least 1 hour.
