2 to 3 cup cooked chicken
1 (16 ounce) sour cream
1 cup cooked rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
Poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups and sour cream. Add rice, water chestnuts, and seasonings; mix well. Place chicken in a single layer in bottom of greased dish.

Pour soup mixture over it. Spread with Ritz crackers. Melt butter and drizzle on top. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
