Pork chops Onion Red Wine 1 can diced tomatoes (drained) Garlic
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a roasting pan with lid, place the desired amount of pork chops in the pan along with the desired amount of onion. Add the can of diced tomatoes, red wine ( 2 oz. per porkchop), and garlic to taste. Bake with the lid on the roasting pan for 30 minutes. Cook couscous as directed on the product box and serve with the pork chops.
