Red potatoes Homemade or ready made basil pesto sauce Garlic (optional) Butter (optional)
Take desired amount of red potatoes and quarter. Take the quartered potatoes and cook in boiling water for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft, yet still firm (not quite ready for mashing). In a mixing or a serving bowl, pour basil pesto sauce over the potatoes and mix so potatoes are thoroughly coated. Add butter and garlic if desired.
