Take sliced red onion, zucchini, and yellow squash and place in a foil packet or vegetable pan suitable for grilling. In a separate bowl, season the veggies with fresh oregano, olive oil, garlic, and butter to taste. Grill for 10-15 minutes or until deserved tenderness.
