Personal Notes:
My dad loved raisin filled cookies but I never remembered having any except the ones that came home in my dadís lunch box because my grandma Nottingham sent some home.with dad. Mom thought making raisin filled cookies was long and tedious. All that rolling out and cutting out etc. etc. That is until after we moved into Sharpsville. Theresa Hazi shared this easy, good recipe with us and Dad got his favorite cookie once again
