2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 T. vanilla extract
1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Tear bread into small pieces. Amount of bread should fill one large mixing bowl. Beat eggs with a fork, and combine with sugar, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Add bread until the mixture resembles a custard (mixture should not be too dry.) Place in a sprayed baking dish and pour melted butter on top. Bake in 350 oven for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. This is a great use of leftover bread. Save bread slices in freezer until enough are accumulated to make this recipe.
