1/2 c. olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano or rosemary
1 lb. beef, cut in small cubes
8 pitted ripe olives
2 onions, cut in wedges
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Drizzle over beef and let set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Place beef and vegetables alternately on 4 skewers. Place on broiler pan. Broil until beef is of desired doneness, turning often to brown evenly.
