1 lb. chuck or other cut of beef
1 sliced onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
14 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. flour (for thick gravy)

Directions:
Directions:
Add onion, garlic, carrots and celery to crockpot. Place meat on top of veggies. Add worcestershire and dry soup mix. Pour stewed tomatoes over all. Cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours. When done, remove meat and if thicker gravy is desired, stir in flour and set crockpot on high and stir until thickened. Serve with rice or noodles.
