1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Combine beef, crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce; form into loaf. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
