2 T. vegetable oil
1 medium onion chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 T. cumin
3 cans black beans (not drained)
14 oz. chicken broth
16 oz. chunky salsa
Sour cream

In a pan, saute onions in oil with garlic and cumin.
In a processor, put 1 can beans and 1/2 of the chicken broth.Repeat this another time with 1 can of beans and broth. Dump the puree beans in a large pot with the sautéed onions and garlic. Add the other can of whole black beans and salsa to the pot.
Cook on medium for 30 minutes stirring frequently.
Serve with sour cream on top.
