1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
4 slices liver
flour
bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
8 bacon strips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg and milk. Dip liver in flour, then in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Place in generously greased shallow pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with bacon. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
