2 sticks butter
2 2/3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 8oz. carton sour cream
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and dry ingredients. Add sour cream last. Bake at 300F for 1 hour and then at 325F for another 15 minutes. Do not open oven until the end of both baking periods.
