Ingredients:  
2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 1/3 c. milk (maybe more for easy flow)
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients until smooth. Heat 1/4 inch of oil to 375F in a large frying pan. Place mixture in a funnel. Slowly make circular motions of mixture in pan. Fry for 1 minute or until brown. Flip, fry until brown. Place on a paper towel to drain. Add powdered sugar.
