4 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
1 20oz can of pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. Rum
1 10 oz. jar of sweet and sour sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Make sure rib area of breasts is facing up. Cover chicken and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove cover and flip chicken pieces. Place pineapple (reserve some for garnish) around chicken. Pour rum all over. Cover and bake for another 15 minutes. Garnish with additional pineapple and serve.
