2 sticks softened real butter 2 - 8 oz. softened cream cheese 2 tsp. vanilla 2 lbs. powdered sugar
Beat softened cream cheese with softened real butter. Add in powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until fluffy. Chop the toasted pecans and add to 2 cups of the icing. Set aside. I use this mixture to go between the layers of the cake only. Use remaining icing to ice the cake.
