3 Cups of mashed Yams (cook them till they are soft then beat till smooth)
1 cup pecans (chop as you like)
1 Stick of soften Butter (no margarine)
1 cup light brown sugar
cup of white sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup condensed milk (not whole can)

2 large eggs

1/2 tsp salt


Directions:
Directions:
1. After yams are cooked and blended mix in the softened butter, sugar, vanilla, condensed milk, eggs, salt
2. Combine together and put in a 2 buttered quart dish
3. Make the topping and either spoon over yams or use your hand to put on dish
4. Bake at 350 for one hour (Watch near end of hour topping can get overdone so put a glass lid or piece of foil on top of dish for remainder of time.)
