1 heaping cup cooked pumpkin, 1 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. flour, 1 tsp. ginger, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and pour into an uncooked pastry crust.
Bake at 350 until firm- about 1 hour.
