1/2 c. sour cream 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. pecans
Mix sour cream and sugar in 2 qt. glass measuring cup. Cook in microwave for approximately 7 to 8 minutes to 250 degrees (thread stage). Remove and add pecans and vanilla. Stir rapidly until pecans are coated. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Cool; break apart and store in airtight container.
