2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. sugar
12 hard boiled eggs
2 med. onions, sliced
2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. water
6 whole cloves
1 Tbsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Bring mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, water, cloves and celery seed to a boil in sauce pan. Simmer 10 minutes; cool. Pour over onions and eggs. Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
