1 c. brown sugar
1 stick oleo
1/4 c. white karo
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 qt. popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
May add 1 c. peanuts and/or 1 c. pecans that have been microwaved about 2 1/2 minutes. Combine all ingredients except popcorn, soda and nuts in a 2 qt. bowl and bring to boil on full power and cook 2 more minutes. Remove carefully and stir in soda. Place popcorn and nuts in brown paper bag, sprayed with pam. Pour syrup over corn and close bag (roll down top). Microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Shake bag and microwave another 1 1/2 minutes. Shake and pour on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
