2 avocados, peeled, seeded and cubed 2/3 c. chopped celery 1/3 c. water 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce 1/8 tsp. garlic salt 3 c. shredded lettuce 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
Blend all except lettuce and tomatoes in blender until smooth. Arrange lettuce in 6 chilled salad plates. Place tomatoe on lettuce and top with guacamole.
