1 lb. velveeta cheese, grated 1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese, grated 1 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder dash of red pepper dash of lemon juice 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. paprika
Let cheeses come to room temperature. Combine cheeses with lemon juice, garlic powder and red pepper. Beat with miver until light and fluffy. Stir in nuts. With wax paper, shape into a roll 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Sprinkle roll with mixture of chili powder and paprika. Chill. Serve with crackers.
