1-pkg of taco seasoning
16 oz of sour cream
3 to 4 medium avocados, peeled pitted and mashed
1/2 cup mayo
1 T. of lemon juice
1 t. of salt
1t. of pepper
1/2 t. of garlic powder

8 oz pkg of shredded cheese (your choice, I prefer taco blend)
1 or 2 small cans of sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 pan layer beans first. Then the second layer is a mixture of avocados, mayo, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and onion mixed with hand mixer until smooth. The third layer is the sour cream and taco seasoning mixed well together and spread evenly over avocado mix. The fourth layer is the tomatoes. The fifth layer is the cheese. The last layer is the black olives. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours for best flavor. Serve with tortilla chips or on top of fajitas or tacos.
Tip:
When spreading avocado and sour cream layers, drop spoonfuls all around pan and then gently spread with a rubber spatula to insure that the layers stay separate.
