1 lb. sausage 6 slices cubed bread 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp. dried mustard 1/2-1 tsp. salt 4 eggs 2 c. milk
Brown sausage, drain. Add all ingredients but eggs and milk. Beat eggs and milk. Mix with other ingredients. Pour into greased 10x6 1/2x2 inch pan. Put in refrigerator over night. Bake covered at 350º for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
