1 fryer
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar pimento
8 oz. (or more) velveeta cheese
12 oz. pkg of spaghetti
grated cheese
salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste

Boil fryer in salted water until tender. Bone and cut in bite size pieces. In chicken broth, cook vegetables until done, about 15 min. Add cream of mushroom soup, pimentos, and velveeta cheese. Cook spaghetti. Add chicken and cooked vegetables to spaghetti. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste. Top with grated cheese and place in oven to heat until bubbly and cheese is melted.
