3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 16 oz. can of pumpkin
3 1/2 c Flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground allspice
2/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs then add sugar and oil. Add pumpkin and mix well. Sift together all the dry ingredients then add to pumpkin mixture. Add water, beat thoroughly. Spray pan with Pam. Bake at 350 for 1 hour for 2 loaves or 30 minutes for 15 mini-loaves.
