1 10oz pkg frozen potatoes
1 C cream of potato soup
1 C cream of celery soup
1 sm carton sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into cassarole dish. Sprinkle with parsley.

Bake at 325 for 2 hours.

I use O'Brien frozen potatoes and still add all other ingredients.

For large meals, I use 32oz package of potatoes, 1 can cream of potatoe soup, 2 cans cream of celery soup, 1 large carton cream cheese, 1 large onion, and 1/c cup each of green/red/yellow peppers.
