1 lb. penne pasta
16 oz. barbecue baked beans
14 1/2 oz. corn, rinsed
14 1/2 oz. stewed tomatoes
12 oz. box frozen mashed winter squash
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 c.sliced scallions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. In saucepan mix beans, corn, tomatoes, thawed squash, chili powder, and cumin. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer while the pasta cooks. Toss mixture with drained pasta. Sprinkle scallions on top.
