24 medium mushrooms
6 T. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 - 3 oz. package cream cheese
3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. chopped parsley
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing croutons
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 425.

Remove stems and chop (1 cup). Melt 2 tbsp. butter in sauce pan and brush both sides of caps. Heat remaining butter, add stems, onion, and garlic and cook until tender. Stir in cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and stuffing. Mix well. Spoon mixture into caps. Bake until heated through.
