2 qts milk and half and half (combined 8 cups)
2 cups whipping cream
2 cups sugar
5 Ts vanilla extract
4 junket tablets, dissolved in water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve junket tablets in cold water. Set aside.

Mix milk, half and half, cream, vanilla and sugar. Heat to lukewarm (approx. 110-120). Add junket mixture. Pour into freezer canister and let stand at room temperature until firm and cool.

Freezer ice and salt mixture (4 parts ice to 1 part ice cream).

Freeze for approx 20-25 minutes. Let set in ice until ready to eat.

Total of 10 cups liquid. I usually use about 2 cups half and half, 6 cups whole milk and 2 cups cream.
