1 c. Minute Rice 1 lb. Ground Beef 1 Egg (beaten) 2 tsp. Grated Onion 2 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Ground Pepper 1/8 tsp. Marjoram or Sage 2 1/2 c. Tomato Juice 1/2 tsp. Sugar
Cook rice according to directions on the box. Mix beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper, marjoram or sage with 1/2 cup tomato juice. Roll meat mixture into balls and brown in skillet. Mix remaining sauce with sugar and cover meatballs. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
