2 slices Bacon 1 White Onion (sliced thin) 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 c. Vinegar 1 cans Lima Beans 1 can Kidney Beans 1 can Baked Beans
Fry and crumble bacon. Cook onions in bacon fat until browned. Add mustard, garlic powder, salt and vinegar and cook for 20 minutes. Drain beans and place into 9x13" pan. Cover with bacon and onion mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
