1 lb. hamburger
1 pkt. taco seasoning (any brand)
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c white onion, chopped
1/2 can chopped black olives
1 head of shredded lettuce
1/2 bottle of creamy Italian dressing
1 -12 oz. bag of broken up Dorritos©

Directions:
Prepare taco meat per package instructions adding a little extra liquid, approximately 1/4 cup of additional water, cool. Mix all of the ingredients together except for the dressing, lettuce and Dorritos©. Wait to add those until you are ready to serve or everything will get soggy. When you are ready, mix the remaining ingredients together and serve cold.

This is a recipe that may be manipulated to your tastes, for example, you may only choose to use kidney beans, you may omit the onion, use green onions instead, etc.
