2 large cans (approximately 2 cups) cooked chicken
2 hard boiled eggs
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2-3 green onions (scallions) chopped
1/3 c mayonnaise
1/2 tsp ginger
2 T lemon juice
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up 2 hard boiled eggs and green onions and mix the other ingredients together. Chill for about a half an hour before eating. This may be served with crackers or spread onto bread for sandwiches.
