24 Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 c chopped pecans
3 egg whites
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites stiff, add sugar gradually, then add vanilla. Gold in crackers and pecans. Pour into well buttered pie pan - 9 inch. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Cool and top with whipped cream if desired.
